Pacific northwest weddings are distinctly great at incorporating beauty and elegance with a natural, laid-back feel. I worked with an amazing team to put together a styled, bridal inspiration shoot, set in the San Juan Island County countryside, that exuded an easy elegance.
San Juan Island was the perfect setting for this styled bridal inspiration shoot–the streaming sunlight and wild countryside paired so nicely with the gorgeous gowns and bouquets to create a look that was naturally beautiful, but not stuffy.
It was such a pleasure to work with Leah of Bloom San Juan, who graciously invited us to her workspace on San Juan Island, led us to some amazing locations, and made beautiful bridal bouquets for the shoot. I loved our team for the day–Matthew photographed our gorgeous models who wore gowns and accessories from The Dress Theory and jewelry from our friends at T. Anthony Jewelers. All the talent, beauty, and generosity made styling this shoot so much fun!
